Samson Fuel & Trucking provides heating oil and kerosene delivery to residential customers in Rochester and surrounding communities during the winter months. We currently hold the Monroe County Department of Social Services Contract and proud of having held this contract for the past 15 years. We are a participating supplier in the Heating Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), as well as the distributor for Price Energy’s heating oil program in Monroe County and surrounding areas.

Automatic & Will Call Deliveries
Samson Fuel & Trucking’s heating oil service includes two delivery options, Automatic Deliveries or Will Call Deliveries. Automatic Delivery service means Samson Fuel and Trucking will customize an automatic delivery schedule so that you never run out! With Will Call Deliveries, we will mail you a reminder to contact our office for a delivery. Regardless of the program you choose, Samson Fuel & Trucking will continually monitor your usage. This delivery type allows you to decide when to order a delivery and how much oil is delivered. All deliveries must meet a minimum of 50 gallons.
Payment Options
In addition to our delivery options, Samson Fuel & Trucking also offers several convenient payment options including C.O.D., major credit cards and pre-determined budget plans. With office approval, you may pay for your delivery via cash, money order or check. Or, with prior approval over the phone, you can pay with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.) If you are interested in budgeting for your fuel delivery, we will work with you to set up equal monthly payments that can be conveniently withdrawn throughout the year on your credit card.
